At our pop up studio within Spetchley Park Gardens, near Worcester, we run the following weekly classes. It's a beautiful space to learn and practice yoga in and we provide a good range of yoga equipment to use. Classes are based on vinyasa flow, an upbeat and dynamic style.

Warm & welcoming daytime class to kick off the week. Suitable for all levels as options are given throughout to make postures more or less challenging depending on your level and physical ability.
A popular post-work class. Combination of stretch and strength, suitable if you have done yoga before or are generally fit & active. A great class to experience a yoga atmosphere and work on more challenging variations of poses. Not a beginners class !
Yoga is a total body exercise : conditioning every single muscle, and building suppleness as well as strength. Yoga will increase your range of movement, improve performance in your chosen field and give you quicker recovery times. Yoga builds a balanced body which not only feels good, but helps prevent injuries. Suitable for all levels.
Gently dynamic class, especially designed for pregnancy. Suitable for absolute total beginners and those with yoga experience, from 14 to 40 weeks pregnant. Full emphasis on supporting those new to yoga, developing both ability and familiarity with postures. Also suitable for intermediates looking to improve technique. Whatever your level, this class will increase strength & flexibility.

Ashtanga is a classic Indian style of yoga, from which many current modern types have evolved. Understanding Ashtanga will help any keen yogi understand Yoga. This will be a classic primary series class combining a strong physical practice, posture with movement, breath and focus.
If you come to the Monday night class, try this too and see what a difference practising twice a week makes.
