Plus of course Dads are welcome to bring their new baby instead.

  • Some moves are for the parent with baby next to you, some are just for baby, some are done together incorporating your baby safely into the yoga.
  • This relaxed class fully encourages feeding, cuddling or comforting baby whenever you wish.  
  • A place to enjoy new parenthood in a supportive community environment and get ideas to do at home.
  • Taught by myself Kate, the founder of redkiteyoga. I'm dual qualified in both general and pre & post natal yoga and became a first time Mum in 2015 so this class will be a blend of yoga expertise and personal experience.
  • Clean yoga mats and soft blankets to keep you comfortable are provided.  Please bring a small toy and two muslins for baby.
  • Beautiful venue with free parking at the door.

Joining & prices

Please note the following join times for Mums

-Unassisted straightforward birth 6 weeks,  Birth with procedure such as forceps 8-10 weeks, C section 12 weeks

Both Mum and Baby need to have had the all clear at the 6 weeks check up

Babies can attend until they are crawling !

You can try your first class free of charge, for this you can just turn up

After this it is 10 classes for £70 (come when you are able, no termly commitment). Pay online for the pack of classes then book a space each week you wish to attend via BOOK HERE from main menu

If you attended redkiteyoga pregnancy yoga and have credits left, you can of course convert them to use at this class
