The venue is 3 miles from the centre of Worcester with two mainline railway stations and moments from M5 Junction 6 & 7 with plenty of parking.
A central UK location makes this Yoga Alliance Teacher Training convenient for The Midlands, South West, West Midlands, Worcestershire Warwickshire and Wales.
Yoga mats and props including blankets, cushions, belts and blocks are all available to use, there are break out areas and space to change. There is a kitchenette and a range of hot drinks & snacks will be provided. It's recommended students bring packed lunches.
The course will be co-taught by Kate Alexander, founder of redkiteyoga and Ian Davis, a highly respected and popular yoga teacher from Cheltenham. Both came to yoga from professional careers and have subsequently carved out successful yoga businesses doing something they absolutely love.
Whilst the course will be influenced by Vinyasa Flow and Astanga, Kate and Ian's primary styles, this course is not tied to one particular style of yoga, giving flexibility for students to stay true to their preferred yoga style. We will also invite guest teachers to ensure students experience a variety of approaches and types of yoga.
Both Kate and Ian can't stress enough not to worry about your level of yoga. A regular practice, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are more important to embark on the course than being able to master all the poses at the beginning.
This course is one of the best value around, at a full inclusive cost of £1900, spread over the duration of the course. An initial deposit of £325 will secure your place, then £175 is payable before each of the 9 weekends.
Course will be kept to a nice small group of 18 people or less to ensure everyone receives plenty of support.
